摘要: Abstract The perturbation of angular correlations by a fluctuating distribution electric quadrupole interactions has been calculated with Blume's stochastic theory for an ensemble 10 states differing in magnitude and orientation field gradient as function the fluctuation rate w different values static components distribution. By fits to spectra it was shown that fast fluctuations, ≥ 5 ω 0 2π , relaxation effects caused can be well approximated single parameter λ, independent relative component. For slow is reasonable approximation only if component interaction exceeds average. Otherwise jump rates activation energies are seriously underestimated.
