摘要: Primers for synthesizing full-length cDNAs and their use are provided. 5602 cDNA encoding a human protein has been isolated nucleotide sequences of 5'-, and 3' -ends the have determined. Furthermore, primers the full-length provided to clarify function encoded by the cDNA. The present invention containing translation start site provides information useful analyzing functions protein.
