摘要: This paper presents a theoretical study on normally incident elastic P-wave transmission across single dry fractures with nonlinear normal deformational behavior. The effects of fracture behavior are examined without the mixture shear linear displacement discontinuity model for wave propagation is extended to – hyperbolic (BB model). Numeric solutions magnitudes (|T non|) and reflection (|R non|) coefficients, deformable fractures, obtained related closure fractures. Parametric studies conducted acquire an insight into deformation transmission, in terms initial stiffness ratio current maximum allowable as well amplitude frequency. Comparisons between models presented. It shown that, |T lin| |R lin| special |T non| |R non| model, when so low that incurred during much smaller, relative closure. In addition, gives rise phenomenon higher harmonics fracture. contribute increase from |T lin|.
