Non-protein Thiols,Subcellular and Molecular Distribution of Cadmium in Two Rice Cultivars with Difference Tolerance

摘要: A hydroponic experiment was conducted to study the content of non-protein thiols(NPT),subcellular and molecular distributions Cd in two rice cultivars(N07-6 N07-63)with different tolerance treated with 50 μmol·L-1 Cd.The results showed that contents differed clearly cultivars after treatment.The amount translocated from root shoot N07-63 significantly lower than N07-6.Cadmium induced increases NPT for cultivars,and increment higher N07-6.Most distributed cell wall cellular soluble fractions.Compared N07-6,N07-63 had proportions total root,but fractions.From distribution rice,we observed associated partly proteins large weight fraction.The rest mainly bound phytochelatins(PCs).However,most complexed PCs fraction cells,and association between stronger N07-6.Therefore,Cd toxicity translocation were due more binding chelation fraction.
