THE STATE OF MIND OF LESS PHYSICALLY ACTIVE AND REGULARLY PHYSICALLY ACTIVE WOMEN IN THE SECOND TRIMESTER OF THEIR PREGNANCIES

摘要: The moment a woman fi nds out that she is pregnant, her life changes in many aspects as starts to adjust the baby growing body. Her wish feel well, safely reach due date and give birth healthy child. We conducted survey among 163 pregnant women at end of second trimester their pregnancies this article presents relationship between sport activity state mind during pregnancy. Two groups women, namely those who were regularly physically active (RPA) with low level being (LPA) compared was established. first part inventory focused on activity, - frequency, forms types activities. RPA group consisted 69 engage organised activities centres or are 3 4 times week an unorganised way. Activities which lasted for 30 minutes more considered. LPA 94 only occasionally inactive. investigating women's included 45 items probed into mind; each item study subjects defined psychological five degree scale (never, rarely, sometimes, often, nearly always). Of all items, 20 had prevalence positive 25 negative mind. In both groups, analysed relationships established regular trimester, time when most frequently easily active. By using factor analysis we proved that, RPA, be eliminated one associated emotions, explaining 23.51 percent variance total 34.91 explained variance. Hence, mostly positive, following emotions: relaxed, satisfied, agreeable, not pessimistic, attractive, proud happy. group, 19.45 34.68 This negative, recurring melancholic, tense, irritable, depressed nervous. findings show benefits mental health women.
