摘要: Le remplacement d'une dent anterieure absente represente un grand defi pour le praticien. L'evolution recente des systemes de CFAO et materiaux, permet depuis peu la realisation par directe piliers couronnes unitaires transvissees sur implants. L'unique protocole actuellement disponible telles restaurations semble offrir d'excellents resultats au regard rapports cas publies. Dans l'attente d'un recul clinique suffisant, l'evaluation les criteres prothetiques influencant succes restauration implantoportee, mettre en avant l'interet ce mais egalement ses limites pouvant ouvrir evolutions futures.
