摘要: The invention relates to a production process of microcrystalline glass ceramic composite board. comprises the following steps: laying power; stamping and forming tile blank; bottom glaze layer, then printing layer; sintering for first time; distributing frit particles; second finally polishing, edging, inspecting packaging into finished product, wherein particle bonding agent is used as fixing transparent particles components in percentage by mass: 5.0-6.0 percent cellulose thickener, 2.0-2.8 attapulgite, 1.1-1.4 de-foaming agent, 1.2-1.8 dispersing balance solvent. board has benefit that used, are prevented from being sucked low negative pressure generated kiln preheating belt, so lot pinholes, air bubbles other defects appearing on surface avoided, integrity smoothness textures sintered blank greatly improved.
