摘要: Site selective spectroscopy has been performed for CaF2:Eu3+ samples as a function of annealing temperature and dopant concentration. The Eu3+ lines have classified into five sites, two which correspond with clusters. High temperatures dissociate the clusters leave ions in cubic tetragonal sites. relative concentrations these sites change anomalously concentration is raised. Absolute measurements all eliminates competing equilibria possible explanation. These results confirm conclusions reached an earlier paper more complex system.
