摘要: Based upon an examination of CSR initiatives approximately 75 companies, this study examines how programs corporate social responsibility (CSR) are designed, implemented, and monitored. Specifically, three key interconnected challenges, which should be considered when companies embed in their organizational processes, identified: action challenge, activation aspiration challenge (referred to as the ‘3A framework for mainstreaming a company’). The objectives can reached through combination interplay between development societal understanding ongoing dialogue engagement company its stakeholders; presence maintenance relevant skills competencies at various levels company; CSR-related capacities linked existence actual leadership within company.
