摘要: The network of scholarly publishing involves generating and exchanging ideas, certifying research, in order to disseminate findings, preserving outputs. Despite enormous efforts providing support for each those steps communication, identifying knowledge fragments is still a big challenge. This due the heterogeneous nature data current paradigm distribution by (mostly document-based) over journal articles, numerous repositories, libraries. Therefore, transforming this knowledge-based representation expected reform sharing world. Although many movements have been initiated recent years, non-technical scientific communities suffer from document-based publishing. In paper, we present model (PharmSci) pharmaceutical research domain with goal facilitating discovery through effective ontology-based integration. PharmSci provides machine-interpretable information process. principles guidelines ontological engineering followed. Reasoning-based techniques are also presented design ontology improve quality targeted tasks developed evaluated validation process verification method.
