Hybrid Electromagnetism-Like Algorithm for Dynamic Supply Chain Network Design under Traffic Congestion and Uncertainty

摘要: With the constantly increasing pressure of competitive environment, supply chain (SC) decision makers are forced to consider several aspects business climate. More specifically, they should take into account endogenous features (e.g., available means transportation, and variety products) exogenous criteria environmental uncertainty, transportation system conditions). In this paper, a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) model for dynamic design network is proposed. model, multiple products modes, time value money, traffic congestion, both supply-side demand-side uncertainties considered. Due complexity such models, conventional solution methods not applicable; therefore, two hybrid Electromagnetism-Like Algorithms (EMA) designed discussed tackling problem. The numerical results show applicability proposed capabilities approaches MINLP
