摘要: This presentation creates and applies a computational model of irrigation agriculture in order to study the effects salinization Mesopotamia. The distributed parallel approach that spreads batch workload multiple computer nodes within cluster environment. Benefits this not only allow large-scale testing many simulation runs, but problems larger spatial scales are better addressed by using approach. In paper, some initial results discussion presented showing benefits archaeological methods insights into theory achieved. Applying modeling with on how parallel, distributed, high performance computing could alter transform archaeologists research will also be presented.
