摘要: This Brazilian article bears interest for its qualitative methodology which allows us to get a feeling the elderly of this country being able relate results their lives and knowledge our own. The lack an educational health program led authors create Health Care Group Elderly (GRASI in Portuguese) we developed based on social-historical perspective L. S. Vygotsky. current study analyzes dynamic speeches recorded by group GRASI program. A seven people, from both sexes, having age equal or greater than 60, participated analysis content meetings among themselves. To analyze data obtained, underlying text as well speech, feelings meanings conversations stories were identified separated into thematic units. obtained reveal that opportunity express experiences regarding transformation have lived during lives, find new ways treat problems how carry out self care, is important resource nursing care can lead development education programs.
