摘要: PURPOSE To identify factors affecting the predictability and report results of donor lamellar graft diameter thickness in an artificial anterior chamber obtained with a microkeratome. METHODS Lamellar lenticules were from 25 human corneoscleral rims mounted chamber. Lenticules measuring 9 mm attempted at two thicknesses (250 microm 350 heads). Intrachamber pressure 65 Hg was confirmed Barraquer tonometry. Keratometry, pachymetry, limbal white-to-white, qualitative mires applanation lens evaluated as possible predictive lenticule thickness. Diameters measured calipers respectively. RESULTS Ninety-two percent (23/25 lenticules; 14/15 250 microm, 9/10 microm) +/- 0.25 intended 76% (19/25 12/15 7/10 within 100 Ovoid represented tissue herniation led to ovoid (2/25). CONCLUSIONS +/-0.25mm highly reproducible proper rim seating. tonometry is important obtaining consistent adequate may herald improper seating result similarly shaped lenticule. A 2 or greater recommended prevent used this study.
