摘要: To develop a transgenic fish system to monitor environmental pollution, we generated mvtg1:gfp medaka line, in which the gfp reporter gene was under control of vitellogenin1 (mvtg1) promoter. In this GFP exclusively expressed liver mature adult female. Male and juvenile did not express but could be induced after exposure 17-β-estradiol (E2).
