摘要: We propose a natural two-speed model for the phase dynamics of Si(111) 7x7 transition to high-temperature unreconstructed phase. formulate by using phase-field method and adaptive mesh refinement. Our simulated results show that island decays with its shape kept unchanged, area decay rate is shown be constant increasing initial area. Low-energy electron microscopy experiments concerned are explained, which confirms dimer chains corner holes broken first in transition, then stacking fault remedied slowly. This reliable approach surface transitions.
