Although this is unique position to provide these services, there are many barriers integration care. aim study examine perspectives multiple stakeholders (i.e., patient, parent, nurse, resident, faculty, clinic director) explore barriers, needs, facilitators provision children families involved both focus group individual interviews with total 36 (patient n = 2; parent 7; nurse 4; resident 16; faculty 5; director 2). grounded theory approach was used analyze interview data. Barriers consequences presented, well identified by overcome obstacles. Identified needs will also be presented. Limitations future directions discussed.
