摘要: A microprocessor controlled bellows-type pump system for the precise and accurate pumping dispensing of fluids. The comprises a longitudinally contracting bellows which is supported from warping under fluid pressure by support bushing in contact with inside folds bellows. stepper motor drives position via lead screw. four valves: dispense valve, shut-off vent suck-back control routing within manifold. One or two transducers allow to valve positions turning well behaved operations.
