摘要: Abstract A second Cretaceous insect fossil known from New Zealand—the apical part of a sclerite the abdomen an adult lepidopterous insect—from Rakaia Gorge, Canterbury, is described. The fragment interpreted as broken off, sacculus free arm one paired valvae male genitalia species Lepidoptera. Its affinities possibly lie with subfamily Larentiinae family Geometridae and genus Helastia Guenee.
