摘要: The effects of various cytokines on synthesis and microheterogeneity carbohydrate structure alpha 1-proteinase inhibitor (PI) alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) in the human hepatoma cell lines Hep 3B G2 were studied. In both lines, crude cytokine preparations from LPS-activated monocytes (CM) several led to increased PI decreased AFP synthesis, while recombinant interleukin 1 (IL-1), tumor necrosis factor (TNF) hepatocyte stimulating (HSF) affected but not production. Several preparations, IL-1, TNF, or HSF, caused cells secrete forms showing reactivity with Con A upon testing by affinity electrophoresis, was seen these proteins secreted cells. Determination molecular size inducing activity CM showed a sharp peak at about 17 kD inhibiting present very broad range fractions maximal 17-30 kD.
