摘要: Drug discovery and development is a costly time-consuming process with high risk for failure resulting primarily from drug’s associated clinical safety efficacy potential. Identifying eliminating inapt candidate drugs as early possible an effective way reducing unnecessary costs, but limited analytical tools are currently available this purpose. Recent growth in the area of toxicogenomics pharmacogenomics has provided vast amount drug expression microarray data. Web servers such CMap LTMap have used information to evaluate toxicity mechanisms action independently; however, their wider applicability been by lack combinatorial drug-safety type analysis.
