摘要: BACKGROUND Osteoarthritis (OA) affects the health and wellbeing of elderly. Shaoyao Gancao decoction (SGD) is used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treatment OA has two active components, shaoyao (SY) gancao (GC). This study aimed to undertake a network pharmacology analysis mechanism effects SGD OA. MATERIAL AND METHODS The compounds candidates were obtained from Traditional Medicine Databases@Taiwan, Systems Pharmacology (TCMSP) database, STITCH ChEMBL PubChem. approach involved construction, target prediction, module analysis. Significant signaling pathways cluster networks identified using Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes (KEGG) database. RESULTS Twenty-three bioactive identified, corresponding 226 targets SGD. Also, 187 genes closely associated with OA, which 161 overlapped considered be therapeutically relevant. Functional enrichment suggested that exerted its pharmacological by modulating multiple pathways, including cell cycle, apoptosis, drug metabolism, inflammation, immune modulation. CONCLUSIONS A novel was developed systematically identify mechanisms TCM,
