摘要: A case of glioblastoma multiforme themedulla oblongata in a 13-year-old girl is reported. Clinical features included two-month evolution, involvement cranial nerves, tetraplegia and sudden respiratory arrest. Anatomically, necrotizing involving the lower half medulla neighboring cervical cord was found. 18 examples primary theoblongata were collected from literature, but it suggested that several others are probably included, though not emphasized, numerous published series brain stem gliomas.
