摘要: A teaching technique modified from Mazur's peer instruction method is implemented to probe the transmission of information in a class composed interacting students [Mazur. Peer Instruction: User's Manual; Prentice Hall: New Jersey, 1997; ]. On basis actual experimentation, we demonstrate that neural network capable accurately characterizing performance based on student seating location. For instance, when with high aptitude level are situated at outer four corners classroom, collective during interaction opportunities fares better than random, inner four, or middle arrangements. The provides quantifiable procedure for sectioning if deliberate student–student interactions incorporated lecture design. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity, 2009.
