摘要: The analysis of proanthocyanidin cleavage products after acid-catalysis in the presence excess phloroglucinol was investigated. In developed analytical method, a solution 0.1 N HCl methanol, containing 50 g/L and 10 ascorbic acid prepared. interest reacted this (5 g/L) at degrees C for 20 min, afterward combined with 5 volumes 40 mM aqueous sodium acetate before by reversed-phase HPLC using an acetic methanol gradient. This procedure used to investigate composition proanthocyanidins isolated from seed skin tissue Vitis vinifera L. berries. results compared favorably obtained when benzyl mercaptan as trapping nucleophile, indicating that is effective reagent analysis.
