摘要: The classical lipoproteins have been extensively studied for their effects on the development of coronary artery disease and atherosclerosis in general. Although low-density high-density are emphasized determining risk devising treatment strategies, other less common lipoprotein classes identified that promote atherogenesis, predominantly by bypassing normal metabolic pathways serve to limit vascular intracellular lipid deposition. This review discusses three such classes, which represent variants fractions: remnant lipoproteins, degraded chylomicron very particles; two fractions associated with a type core, oxidized LDL lipoprotein(a). Current understanding metabolism these atherogenic factors affect synthesis degradation, response dietary nutritional is still limited.
