摘要: Abstract In the fight against schistosomiasis, most emphasis has until today been placed on chemical control of snail which is intermediate host parasite. It here suggested that this misplaced and evidence from epidemiological studies, projects studies economic impact disease, together with a consideration socio-economic alternative programmes, indicates environmental sanitation, provision safe water supplies health education are appropriate measures.
