摘要: Depressed patients present with increased cortisol levels and attenuated immune responses. However, little is known about the association between depression spleen, as this largest peripheral organ. In study, we examined alterations in splenic function gene expression mice depressive-like behavior, well of certain proteins related pathways. A mouse model was established use corticosterone. Splenic histopathology were assessed using Wright HE encoded by Tac2 gene) brain markedly downregulated, similar results observed spleen. The anti-depressant, fluoxetine, reversed changes these proteins. findings our study regarding occurring spleen during may indirectly elucidate shed light into pathogenesis behavior.
