摘要: The amino acid sequence of newt (Cynops pyrrhogaster) prolactin deduced from the nucleotide its cDNA showed a relatively high homology with sequences chicken and sea turtle prolactins as well those anuran prolactins. Cynops receptor transcripts were detected in various tissues organs, suggesting that plays multiple roles urodeles. Urodele was purified pituitaries C. pyrrhogaster. Antiserum against this used for radioimmunoassay plasma immunoneutralization experiments. Endogenous shown to induce migration water, courtship behavior, cessation spermatocytogenesis newt. hormone found be involved development cloacal glands such lateral abdominal glands, growth tail Mauthner neurons, secretion oviducal jelly, enhanced synthesis female attracting pheromone (sodefrin), responsiveness olfactory epithelium sodefrin. In most these cases, act synergistically or antagonistically sex steroids. We also discovered hypersecretion newts subjected cold temperature induced by hypotha- lamic stimulation rather than release hypothalamic inhibition.
