摘要: Since the establishment of Watson–Crick model more than five decades ago, understandings DNA structures are well sufficient to enable applications in designing and assembling two-dimensional (2D) three-dimensional (3D) at nanoscale. Furthermore, conformational switchability also enables fabrication nanoscale molecular machines, which can perform movements upon stimuli. In this article, we will summarize present efforts on constructions nanomachines based different driven mechanisms, further discuss their evolutional processes, order find future development directions.
