摘要: An integrated sample handling process for drug discovery bioanalysis is described. The streamlining of study design, collection and automatic bioanalytical processing demonstrated. Specific details the entire procedure regarding time saved, ease automation integration are defined. Details involved a map, formatting volume, dilution schemes high concentration samples, choice biological fluid evaluating capabilities two liquid-handling workstations. Numerous comparisons were conducted between new approaches conventional approaches. precision accuracy obtained from comparable to those approach, as pharmacokinetic profiles parameters. This sampling greatly improved efficiency bioanalysis. pre-clinical protocol processes was also achieved.
