摘要: Dysmenorrhea is a common symptom secondary to various gynecological disorders, but it also represented in most women as primary form of disease. Pain associated with dysmenorrhea caused by hypersecretion prostaglandins and an increased uterine contractility. The quite frequent young remains good prognosis, even though low quality life. forms are endometriosis adenomyosis may represent the key symptom. diagnosis suspected on basis clinical history physical examination can be confirmed ultrasound, which very useful exclude some causes dysmenorrhea, such adenomyosis. treatment options include non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs alone or combined oral contraceptives progestins.
