摘要: The demands of globalization and availability advanced work collaboration technology have created new opportunities for designing team structures in multinational organizations. Greater efficiency, higher productivity, better market penetration opportunities, lower development costs are achievable goals/outcomes with well-designed organizational that congruent a company's purpose, culture, capabilities. This paper describes several common project design models structuring teams collaborative environments.
