摘要: Abstract NiO/Al 2 O 3 , Pt/Al and Pt/NiO/Al catalysts were prepared by the incipient wetness technique with a Ni loading of 25 wt% Pt 0.5 wt%. These characterized ICP-OES, XRD, BET, TPR, N adsorption–desorption isotherms, CO chemisorption, FTIR-CO, XPS, SEM-EDX TEM. XRD XPS results showed presence NiO PtO phases on respective supports in situ redox reactions that underwent reversible phase changes (oxide metallic) stable. FTIR-CO studies containing samples exhibited both linear bridged adsorption higher intensities observed for catalyst. The tested oxidation H rich streams (preferential oxidation-PROX) continuous flow fixed bed stainless steel reactor. catalyst produced very low conversions stipulated PROX temperature range highest conversion 11% selectivity 25% toward . improved activity within 56% 68% at 200 °C. revealed synergistic effects, obtaining much ranges compared to mono-metallic catalysts. conversion, 99.9%, this was 200 °C, 72.8% using C:O ratio 1:2.
