摘要: Biosurfactants produced by different types of microorganisms are amphiphilic biomolecules with active surface properties. Recently, biosurfactants have emerged as promising agents for cancer therapy since a high diversity these molecules has shown the ability to induce cytotoxicity against many cell lines, thus regulating progression processes. In this sense, microbial potential alternative current therapeutics and drug delivery systems anti-cancer drugs. This chapter covers knowledge surfactants potential, providing information on their production, structure, research diverse namely, breast lungs cancer, leukemia, melanoma, colon cancer. The application in is also reviewed.
