摘要: Abstract Multilayered and vertically-oriented mesoporous silica films are prepared by multiple electrochemically assisted self-assembly (EASA). This is achieved consecutive potentiostatic EASA steps, implying the application of a negative potential to an electrode immersed in sol solution containing precursors surfactant molecules, disrupted open-circuit periods targeted rinsing avoid precipitation aggregates. The generated hydroxyl ions each step catalyze polycondensation around template film growth onto surface. with thicknesses up 400 nm obtained, exhibiting well-ordered hexagonal mesostructured normal underlying support. Mass transport through especially between layer demonstrated cyclic voltammetry using redox probe solution. In addition, such multilayered functionalized ferrocene groups covalently attached internal mesopore walls exhibit long-range electron transfer hopping. charge processes can be modulated elaborating sandwich silica-ferrocene/silica-alone/silica-ferrocene multilayers which insulating silica-alone acts as barrier
