摘要: In this paper, we present an improved general methodology including four stages to design robust and reliable products under uncertainties. First, as the formulation stage, consider reliability robustness simultaneously propose new of reliability-based optimization (RBRDO) problems. order generate Pareto-optimal solutions, combination genetic algorithm with assessment loop based on performance measure approach is applied second stage. Next, develop two criteria select a solution from obtained set achieve best possible implementation. Finally, result verification performed Monte Carlo Simulations also quality improvement during manufacturing process considered by identifying controlling critical variables. The effectiveness applicability proposed demonstrated through case study.
