摘要: An experiment was conducted to evaluate the metabolic products of chlorocholine chloride (CCC) in eggs and meat laying hens fed a diet containing (15)N-CCC. Ten brown were randomly divided into two groups five each. One group offered (15)N-CCC free while other received with 100 ppm for 11 days. Samples from collected. Egg yolks albumen separated. Meat collected breast femur. The CCC measured using ion trap electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ion trap-ESI-MS/MS). Determination or its metabolites showed that metabolised choline. Corresponding MS/MS spectra obtained m/z 104 (choline) 105 ((15)N-choline), whereas nothing detected at 122 123 ((15)N-CCC). results this study indicate will be tissues hens.
