摘要: Subacromial impingement syndrome (SAIS) is a major contributing factor of shoulder pain; and treatment approaches (Kinesio® taping [KT], Exercise [EX], manual therapy [MT], high-intensity laser [HILT]) have been developed to treat the pain. The key objective this study was compare effects KT, MT, HILT on pain, range motion (ROM), functioning in patients with SAIS. Seventy SAIS were randomly divided into four groups based treatment(s) each group received [EX (n = 15), KT + EX 20), MT 16), 19)]. All assessed before at end (15th day). main outcome assessments included evaluation severity pain by visual analogue scale (VAS) flexion, abduction, external rotation ROM measurements universal goniometry. Shoulder disability index (SPADI) used measure associated pathology. Statistically significant differences found results all parameters (p < 0.05).
