摘要: We report on the microstructure of Cu65Zr35 and Cu35Zr65 metallic glasses (MGs). found that systems consist small touching and/or interpenetrating icosahedral-like clusters obey a simple rule, which is dictated from system’s composition, eventually yielding polyicosahedral follow specific sequence magic numbers. The approach permits prediction basic MG may thus be use for experimental data interpretation design new MGs.
