摘要: Renal 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 1alpha-hydroxylase [1alpha(OH)ase] catalyzes metabolic activation of into 1alpha, 25-dihydroxyvitamin [1alpha,25(OH)2D3], an active form vitamin D, and is inhibited by 1alpha,25(OH)2D3. 1alpha(OH)ase, which was cloned from the kidney mice lacking D receptor (VDR-/- mice), a member P450 family enzymes (P450VD1alpha). Expression 1alpha(OH)ase suppressed 25(OH)2D3 in VDR+/+ VDR+/- but not VDR-/- mice. These results indicate that negative feedback regulation synthesis mediated through liganded VDR.
