摘要: To develop an in vitro assay that recapitulates the key event of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), is priming effector T cells by hapten-presenting dendritic cells, and then allows for sensitive detection chemical allergens represents a major challenge. Classical human cell assays (hTCPA) have been developed past, using hapten-loaded monocyte-derived (MDDCs) as antigen-presenting peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) responding were not efficient to prime common with moderate/weak sensitizing properties. Recent progress understanding regulatory mechanisms ACD shown requires uptake immunogenic DCs it controlled several subsets including CD25+ Tregs. We therefore analyzed various parameters involved allergen-specific activation showed hampered immune comprising CD1aneg DCs, CD56+ cells.
