摘要: The grains of Oryza sativa L. Sakha 101 cultivar (salt tolerant) were irradiated with 0.0, 5, 10 and 15 KR gamma rays their mature embryo-derived calli exposed to different levels drought-stress, in order reveal the bases physiological behavior in-vitro cultured rice under gamma-irradiation or drought-stress. effect pretreatment on response drought was also evaluated. results showed that treatment PEG highly significantly reduced fresh dry weight most investigated calli. However, magnitude loss much less than non-irradiated ones. For each increase PEG-stress level there a concomitant total soluble sugars content both samples. exhibited higher tendency accumulate ones concentrations. Though diminishing mineral elements by PEG, cells could keep more phosphorus, K + , Ca 2+ Mg nonirradiated Polyamines (PAs) accumulated radiation-stress. Accumulation Put Spd Spm radiation-stress, while drought. While stress caused disappearance 78 45 kDa polypeptides, radiation increased expression. 93 30 polypeptides expressed only either without irradiation. 69 60 intensified PEG. It concluded pre-exposure had alleviated harmful
