摘要: The grains of Oryza sativa L. Sakha 101 cultivar (salt tolerant) were irradiated with 0.0, 5, 10 and 15 KR gamma rays their mature embryo-derived calli exposed to different levels drought-stress, in order reveal the bases physiological behavior in-vitro cultured rice under gamma-irradiation or drought-stress. effect pretreatment on response drought was also evaluated. results showed that treatment PEG highly significantly reduced fresh dry weight most investigated calli.
