摘要: PURPOSE: Carcinoma arising in a pilonidal sinus is rare complication. This study reports the case of patient with recurrent squamous-cell carcinoma sacrococcygeal tract. METHODS: was treated wide local excision and mesh grafts. Three months later adjuvant radiation therapy. RESULTS: The died two years from recurrence inguinal lymph nodes, liver, lungs. CONCLUSION: Some authors propose consideration treatment chemotherapy therapy addition to complete as possible means decrease rate.
