摘要: Cancer is one of the main causes death in Western countries. Among factors that contribute to appearance this disease, diet has a fundamental role, and specifically fats are component related increase incidence cancerous diseases, particularly breast, colon-rectal, prostate cancer. From dietary lipids, much attention been given beneficial effects fish oil, rich polyunsaturated fatty acids n-3 serie, as well olive monounsaturated acids--primarily oleic acid. On contrary, negative effect reported for n-6 serie saturated acids. Nutrition constitutes an important aspect life cancer patients. Currently, nutritional formulas being designed with supplements other components such arginine, RNA, lysine, etc., aim ameliorating pathology. The results demonstrate lower morbility therefore improved quality life, decline mortality, reduction costs.
