摘要: Abstract Due to the chemical and physical properties of castor oil ( Ricinus communis ) that make it a valuable raw material for numerous industrial applications, including production biofuel, interest develop more better varieties has been increased. However, despite this interest, Mexico does not currently have any enhanced which yield adaptation optimized justify sizeable production. Although some introduced, there are problems with adaptation. The objective study was assess diversity genetic relationships accessions from state Chiapas, using AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism) SSR (simple sequence repeat) markers. In research 53% markers were polymorphic; additionally, we detected high levels (71%). combinations E-AAC + M-CAG E-ACG + M-CAG presented PIC value 0.415 0.425 an RP 41.98 46.11, respectively, indicating these useful in studies characterization. Additionally, 100% primers polymorphic, average 5.5 alleles per locus. primer Rco23 generated 0.812, SI 1.919 four uncommon (0.05, 0.06, 0.07, 0.07), particularly informative study. A dendrogram obtained studies, allowing identification two main groups accessions.
