摘要: Particle growth in emulsion homopolymerization is determined by the following equation: $${{R}_{p}} = - d[M]/dt {{k}_{p}}{{[M]}_{p}}\tilde{n}{{N}_{p}}/{{N}_{A}}$$ (1) where RP rate of growth, kP (average) propagation constant, [M]P monomer concentration particles, n average number radicals per particle, Np particles unit volume aqueous phase and NA Avogadro’s number.
