摘要: We present the results of an investigation into collaborative work within UK breast screening centres. In particular, we focus on ways in which organization and design artefacts such as report forms afford detection breakdowns?i.e. situations calling for departures from “standard” procedures?and their safe efficient repair. use this to devise a framework classifying different breakdown?repair scenarios. These scenarios are distinctive repair costs impacts can be used highlight implications decisions settings. Finally, show how, via set derived guidelines, analysis were applied artefacts, including user interface computer-generated documents, computer-aided image system intended application programme.
