摘要: We describe a transparent dielectric grating accelerator structure that is designed for ultrashort laser pulse operation. The based on the principle of periodic field reversal to achieve phase synchronicity relativistic particles; however, preserve operation it does not resonate in vacuum channel. geometry appears well suited application with high average power lasers and thermal loading. Finally, shows potential an unloaded gradient $10\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{GeV}/\mathrm{m}$ 10 fs pulses possibility accelerate ${10}^{6}$ electrons per bunch at efficiency 8%. fabrication procedure proposed near term experiment this are presented.
