摘要: Renal disease in essential mixed IgG-IgM cryoglobulinemia (EMC, type II) as seen by lightmicroscopy and immunofluorescence is well described based on a large number of cases (see Ferrario F., this issue). A few reports, only, are dedicated to the electromicroscopic picture glomerulonephritis EMC [1–7, 11, 13].
